After a violent death by an unknown force and a timely reanimation by the human supremacist organization Cerberus, Commander Shepard must assemble a new squad in the seedier side of the galaxy for a suicide mission in the second installment of the "Mass Effect" trilogy.
I recently made this submission to the concept page but after reading the description i'm wonder if this game really qualifies.
With out giving away any spoilers there were too instances that i was thinking of, one where you see Shepard through someone's sniper rifle but technially it's just a cut scene(the description on the concept page says you have to be in contol of the character). The other has a similar perspective but you are controlling Shepard by way of dialog.
Those who have played the game i'm sure know what i'm refering to so do one of those instances count as a 2nd-player perspective or do you need to be in control of the character physicaly(ie. walking around)?
You've got to be controlling the character that is being looked at, otherwise it's just a cutscene from the 1st person perspective of some other character. Like that first boss in battletoads.

Obviously i should've read the description more throughly before making my submission but i thought that atleast the one instance i described would count. Since your engaged in a conversation with someone it's not really a straight up cut scene.
Whatever, if any Mod reads this then feel free to remove ME2 from the 2nd-person perspective concept page.
