    Definitely means definitely.  There are two characters who are alive for sure.   One of 'em can vary as to who it is exactly, so you can say that voids the definition of "definitely," but it doesn't change the fact that there are, at least, two characters alive.

    This is by far the stupidest conversation I have been involved in on Giant Bomb in some time.

    Unless I have really missed something in the games, then either Ashley or Kaiden is still alive.  As I said, depending on what choice you made in ME1.
