This game looks amazing but i dont think that there is that much hype...

I see a lot of hype for this game.  It won't sell like GTA IV or something, but I think it will be bigger than a sleeper hit.

I haven't played Mercs 1, but Mercs 2 looks very average. You might even say it looks bad.

It could be a sleeper hit. I wouldn't have said this a year ago, but with all the delays and bad press the game initially received I believe it could become a sleeper hit. I myself have lost interest in the game and I am a huge fan of the original, but all the delays etc just killed my buzz for it. I hope the game is fun and I hope it ends up being awesome, but I do feel that all it's success relies solely upon how well co-op works...

For me I actually think that the delays and stuff hyped it up more.  Because when it was first supposed to come out there was so many other games I wasn't even paying attention to it, and I was planning on not even picking it up.  I guess that's why I didn't  read all the bad press and stuff about it.  But now that there really isn't anything coming out at the same time, I am definatly gonna get it, and right now is one of my top most anticipated games.

alright, this is going nowhere so PHBBB!!!"

To me, this is a game that's gonna get me through to October, to Fable 2.  It looks to have a lot of great gameplay, especially with the co-op online and the fact that you can have fun spending hours just blowing stuff up and randomly travelling across the map to odd jobs for different factions.  It offers a lot of freedom and free roam which can take up countless hours.  I think that it could easilly be a sleeper hit, the sleeper of the year?  It's got a chance if people catch on to it before the month of October where all hell breaks loose with game releases.

I also vote sleeper hit o' the year.  It has all the destructive sandbox-y fun of GTA, and even better co-op play.  I need to start saving some monies for the onslaught of ridiculomagnificent gamez coming out later this year.
