    What happens to fulton'ed dudes when your staff is full?

    So I'm about 6 or so hours in, fultoning everyone that I can. Last night I realized that my staff is full at 60/60 units. There is nobody in the waiting room besides Miller and Ocelot, so I'm wondering what's happening to the people I fulton/my current staff? Is it replacing current staff with the fulton'ed guys if they're better? Discarding of my fulton dudes? Neither?

    An answer to this would be lovely. I'm not that big into manually managing my human resources at Mother Base, but like the overall concept of expansion, Mother Base, etc., so I figured having my staff maxed out for the time being would be best to get my unit levels up, but maybe I'm missing out on high level people I bring back to my base. Is this a dumb way to go about it? I captured a specialist last night, but when I returned to Mother Base and it showed the top guys I had recruited while away, that specialist didn't show up. =[

    Mother Base can hold more than 60 people.

    I assume you currently only have access to the R&D and Support groups. As you do more story missions, Intel, Medical, Combat, Base Development, and Security groups will also become available, each starting at 30 available slots. You can upgrade each group 4 times to a maximum capacity of 120 soldiers per group.

    If its like peace walker they will be kept in the waiting room, until that is also maxed out, then you had an option i think to swap out old staff for the new one or just dismiss the new guy then and there. I got a warning when opened my menu after filling up the R&D section of my base with staff (30/30), and it forced me to build a new section, but there was still more then enough room in the other departments for them to be assigned too. I don't remember the max amount of people off hand, but i think the max is still over 60 people even with just one section of mother base, but im not sure.

    Im sure its not just removing the people you captured, there probably just being assigned someplace.

    I don't know if you can turn this automatic assignment off, but for me if I exctract a soldier who is better than my current lowest of a particular full unit, that lower soldier get's put in either a non full unit or in the waiting room and will sit there until I expand or fire him\her. It doesn't tell you the Max number of people you can have in your waiting room so I currently assume it's infinite.

    I have been having a pretty good time using the right stick click for auto assignment and not worry about manually sorting people, some soldiers automatically get the personal contract thing assigned to them upon recruitment which means they won't be automatically reassigned for any reason so I turn that off immediately, LT is the button on Xbox and PC if using a controller, should be in the ui at any rate.
