    The world of Mistborn allows the use of a magical system called Allomancy, wherein the magic user--a "Mistborn"--ingests an amount of metal which then powers his magical ability. In Mistborn: Birthright, you play the role of Fendin Fathvell, a young man from a noble family who must learn to use his Allomantic abilities to save his family.

    Author Brandon Sanderson is collaborating closely with developer Little Orbit, writing the entire story and most of the dialogue himself. Little Orbit's Mistborn development team includes veteran developers from the original Fallout and Baldur's Gate games.
