Molotok (Russian for "Hammer") is a former circus performer, along with his once-conjoined twin brother Cepn. The two had a bitter argument after being dumped in Arkham City, and while Cepn became an enforcer for the Penguin, Molotok joined Penguin's enemy, the Joker, to spite his brother.
