Win/Loss ratio in MW2 is not a good measure of anything. I can't count the number of matches I've dropped out of because the matchmaking is fuck broken where I'm sitting with red ping and everyone else is at full green.

K/D is so meaningless. It depends on what gametype you're playing, and who you're playing with. 
 
Mine is a little over 1.1 right now. As long as I go positive, I'm happy, unless it's an objective game, where I don't care as long as my team wins.

I don't rely on any of the provided stats to determine how well somebody plays.  K/D can be easily padded by camping with good killstreaks.  My W/L is atrocious because I leave a game if I get even a hint of lag, and sometimes you join a match 10 seconds before losing, it's unavoidable.  Accuracy can be padded by shooting vehicles, and score is just score. 

i don't understand math i'm usually around a 0.6

I prefer to look at my death to kill ratio... and pretend that's my K/D ratio.

i brought mine up from 1.2 to 1.35 in a couple days although i only earn my first 7 kills then the rest is harrier and pavelow 

I started off with a 1.82 kdr but it's dropped to about .96. I'm not happy with it but I'll get it over 1 eventually. I'm playing a lot of free-for-all which helps my kdr but my win ratio plummets.

Mine is of 1.19 and my Acc is of 19.62% 
Though I have stopped playing now. Too many glitchers and exploiters to even enjoy the game anymore.

i first started at about 1.10 after an awful first week on the game, but have managed to get it up to 2.10!

Mine was >1 but then I decided to try to complete the 50 sabotage victories challenge.  At least they patched the infinite care package glitch so now at least a few of my teammates might help to plant the bomb.  The game has become more fun now that I have become more concerned with winning than with my K/D ratio.

Like 1.43 use to be 1.56 but the EAD glitch made me use cold blooded all the time.

I think a better way of assessing somebody's worth in the game is to multiply their points per minute by their KD ratio.  I know a guy with a great KDR but he's a camper.  My KDR * PPM would be 75, his would be 71 but one of my friends is amazing and his works out 242.  Doing it this way helps balance out game types as I die a lot but capture a lot of flags in Domination because I rush in like mad and don't care if I die making a good attempt.
 
To work out their points per minute =score / (days played * 1440 + hours * 60 + minutes)

Mine has gone from H to G since I voted in this poll.  I guess I've gotten better.

1.5/1 maybe? I don't really mind. Ever since my Counter-Strike days (I'm talking pre-1.5), I've made a mindset that if I at least don't have double my deaths than kills, then it was a good round. :D
