I can't see how it could win.  Until Oz gets an 18+ rating for vgs there is no way MK will get passed.

I think I know how they could change the game slightly and get the ratings board to be ok with it. See, when you rip someones head off blood shouldn't squirt all over the place. Instead a pretty rainbow should shoot out.
