So, has anyone gotten this new Nintendozone StreetPass to work? I dropped by my local McDonald's and waved my 3DS around like a madman in the drive-up (no one saw me, so my dignity is safe) but it didn't work. I connected to the NintendoZone too, just in case, but nada.

What do you think, Internet? Am I just the first person to do this at this NintendoZone? Is Nintendo requiring business owners to run a software update on their routers to get this functionality, causing a lag in adoption rates? Or is this shit totally broken?!

@quid_pro_bono: I remembered seeing this thread when I saw this just now. I don't know if you've had any luck in the last month but you might have to go to the web browser and accept terms. That's really unfortunate if that's the case because this really limits its potential.
