She appears in the game as the personification of Japanese game developer and publisher Nippon Ichi Software. Her character design contains elements taken from popular characters in the Disgaea franchise; notably, Laharl's scarf and blue hair, and the wings of a Prinny. Keeper of Justice, she is the self proclaimed heroine who appears in a time of crisis at Gamindustri.Nisa subsequently appeared in Disgaea 4: A Promise Unforgotten as a downloadable character. She also appears in Hyperdimension Neptunia mk2.
