Overview
Not Treasure Hunter is an adventure game developed and published by Acti-Art Corporation for the Sony PlayStation exclusively in Japan on December 20, 1996.
Set in the year 1920, players control archaeologist James Arkwright as he is summoned to a mysterious cave to look for treasure. As the game's title, and some of his dialogue, suggests, he is not a treasure hunter.
The game is notable for its short playthrough length that is meant to be replayable, with multiple branching paths and 57 different endings.
The game is notable for being voiced by some well-known voice actors, such as Shuichi Ikeda (best known for voicing Char Aznable in multiple Gundam series) voicing main protagonist James and Kaneto Shiozawa voicing rival Carmice Wishburn.
