    Overview

Haisei Mahjong Ryouga, loosely translated to "Superior Tile Potential Mahjong", is a riichi mahjong game published by ASCII for the Super Famicom in Japan on April 28, 1995.

Along with a variety of CPU-controlled opponents to choose from (including an actual computer), the game features a "MAKE" mode where players can develop their own CPU-controlled player to play in their stead.

It also includes support for ASCII's Turbo File series of external storage devices.
