I have a friend who is willing to swap one of his GTX 295s for my GTX 275 plus $35 cash his way.
He said he wants the 275 for its Folding attributes or something, im not sure.
Either way, it looks like a good deal.
What kind of boost would I be getting by going from the 275 to the 295?

From a GTX 275 to a 295
I had a friend who said it micro stutters and he bought a hd5870 later on. Still if your aware of the problem, your still getting a ton of framerates. That card is a hybrid of a gtx280 and gtx260 together. I say it's definently worth it, if there are no problems with it. The deal seems too good to be true because that gpu is expensive, I hope there is nothing wrong with it.
To buy a brand new one seems out of the question, but I wouldn't trust second-hand computer hardware either.
" I decided to wait and get a GTX 480 for graduation :D "Good call. The 275 actually isn't that much slower and the fact that it's a single GPU product leads to less issues overall.
" @sodiumCyclops said:Yeah I was thinking along those lines too. Plus I found out he had been OCing the shit out of the 295s and even changed the HSF."
