The stream appears to be mainly about the Persona movies, but a new project is supposed to be revealed as well. Another persona project seems strange. They already have at least 4 in the works, by my count. Perhaps this is another anime project, considering the context in which this is being announced.

Atlus announced on Sunday that it will hold a live stream session titled “Dark Hour TV ~Persona Hour~” on Niconico on May 2 in anticipation of the premiere of the second Persona 3 film, Persona 3 the Movie #2 Midsummer Knight's Dream. The stream will not only feature “extravagant guests,” but will also have a “super important announcement of a new project.”

My best guess is a prelude to Persona 5, out this October, airing weekly up to the launch of the game in Japan.

Maybe this could be a Persona 3 anime, which would be weird considering there is already a Persona 3 movie that has come out and there is a second one on the way.

I'm hoping it's an announcement of dubbed versions of the P3 movies. I am not at all interested in any more weird P3/4 sequels/spin offs, and I'm assuming this isn't gonna be anything about P5 since it's a new project.

It's going to be a Japanese centric announcement, because the Niconico stream is region locked to Japan. I would not expect a video game project for the new project, but there might be some announcements for already announced Persona video games during the stream anyways.

I feel as though I should be sick of the consistent milking of Persona 4, but I know that I'll shamelessly buy every stupid spin-off.

I would actually prefer this over anything else Persona 3 or 4 related. I'll buy Persona Q, but I'm not really interested in the Arena games or the dancing game. And I would rather see the story of P2 play out in anime form, that could be awesome.

Or Shin Megami Tensei V, on PS4 (PC!? No?), a post-apocalyptic open-world JRPG, this time with an actual open world and not a diamond that you look at from the sky and encounters that aren't random. Yes, I already know that's not it. A man can dream, though.

Weird, the other news story I saw on this subject did not mention that there was a new project, just important announcements. I doubt this is an animation related project, since they already have a couple more p3 movies to get through. Unless they don't mind stepping on the toes of their other releases. Wouldn't they have to get another animation studio to do it anyways? I don't know much about anime production. If it is some new anime project, the only thing that comes to my mind is a P4A movie. I can't even imagine what other Persona game they could be making. Remakes or something?

I'd be happy with a P3FES for Vita. Although, by P3FES I mean P3FES.

From what the stream showed, it looks like it's basically the Marie story arc. Which is cool with me, because it's pretty much separate from the rest of the game, and was probably the best addition to Golden.
