    In MegaMan Battle Network 3, PlantMan infiltrates the computerized growth system of the Beach area hospital's giant tree. He causes it to grow vines all over the hospital, trapping patients and cutting off power. Lan and MegaMan stops him, saving Mamoru, who was in the middle of surgery for HBD when the power was cut. Later on he is once again defeated by MegaMan, this time while guarding Castle Wily with FlameMan. His operator is Anetta.
