It's a shame that when you share a video clip it does not include game audio. This really drags the fun out of this feature for me.

Has anyone read if they plan to patch in this functionality?

Clips have audio

Yeah, the clips I've shared have had audio.

@rabbykayn: there is no secret. They have audio. Jeff shared a clip on the live stream. It's on his Facebook. It also has audio.

I think it must be a per game toggle up to the developer. I'm finding clips from COD and Killzone with audio, but NBA 2K14 isn't working.

@rabbykayn: I don't know, lol. I just recorded a clip and shared. Mostly just to try it out as I wanted to spend more of my time this afternoon playing games opposed to fidgeting with the features of the system. I figured I will wait until next week to do that.

I think it's a part of the HDCP protection. I could be wrong though.

I have the issue when streaming as well. Google tells me I'm not the only one. I don't know if its a software conflict or hardware failure. Buggy Sony.

During the Gamespot special they shared two clips and the NBA 2K14 one had no audio. Nothing about HDCP since the share functionality is fully disabled when viewing DVD or BR films or NetFlix etc.

A few games seem to have no audio. BF4 streams without audio as well.

tested it out and Assassins Creed has audio, BF4 no audio
