So, my ps4 has never been too loud (I have an original ps4) but recently it's become super loud, and I'm not entirely sure why or what to do about it. I was wondering if anyone else has had these problems :/

Oh, and if it matters I did just move it to a new entertainment system that is more enclosed than it used to be. It's hard to think that would cause it to be so loud, but I'm not sure sure.

What is loud? The drive or the fan? My drive has always been loud and my PS4 is loud until it decides it doesn't need to spin the drive anymore. The fan only has so many settings so putting it in an enclosed space can definitely push it to the highest setting 'cause the PS4 does get super hot normally. Why don't you try to take it out of there and see if you still have the same problem.

@liquiddragon: I think it might be the fan. Unfortunately due to my new set up, I really don't have anywhere else to put it.

What type of noise? My ps4 always gets loud with ceetain games, and it is the fan spinning to keep it cool. Nioh gets it loud right now. If it sounds like clicking or something other than a fan then i would be worried, otherwise maybe just clean the fan out or something and aee of that helps(might try it myself).
