Hey everyone! I am looking for recommendations on vita games to play while I'm hospitalized. I have to get a colostomy reversal so i will be in the hospital for at least 7 days if not more. So if you know any good games to play on the vita let me know. Thanks!

Spelunky will last forever.

Muramasa: Rebirth is probably my favorite game on the system, and the complete package has a bunch of DLC. It'll last a good long time and translated extremely well to the Vita.

Persona 4 Golden

@finaldasa: I already own p4 but yea that might be the best game to play. I will be on a lot of pain medications so something kinda slow pacing like p4 might be the best.

Legend of heroes: Trails in the sky. Not a Vita-game, but it's a psp-game that you can find on PSN and it's simply a gem. One of my favorite JRPG's ever, the sequel also released about a week ago, so there's no need to go hungry for more if you like it, like some other people did for 4 years after the first one was released.

Binding of Isaac: Rebirth is also highly replayable. A little slower than a game like Spelunky.

Has anyone tried freedom wars? Does it have to be played multiplayer or can it be solo?

Persona 4 Golden is my personal choice. Such quality is there.

As long as you;re not looking to finish something while you're in the hospital, I'd go with Persona. There's a lot there to keep you occupied.

If you're looking for a challenge, check out La-Mulana EX. It plays great on the Vita, and it'll test your brain more than your reflexes.

Maybe grab some Ps1 era RPGs like Suikoden 1 and 2. Hope it all goes well duder.

@rocko2920: Freedom Wars is awesome and the majority of it can be done by yourself. Rainbow Moon is pretty cool, but I gave up on it because of the endless grinding. However, endless grinding is something that could go well with being on pain medication.

If I were in that situation, I'd take a Vita loaded with Minecraft, Spelunky, Persona 4 Golden, Final Fantasy VI, Chrono Trigger, and the Netflix app.
