    Probe

Object » linked to 3 games

A probe has many uses:to explore for things like life forms, planets, or minerals; medically to explore the inside of a life form; or for navigation. Some probes are self-replicating synthetic beings. In the Starcraft series, a Probe is the basic harvester of the Protoss; it also summons buildings.

    Short summary describing this thing.

No recent wiki edits to this page.

The Probe is the main unit from the Protoss that can harvest resources and summon buildings. What makes this unit different from the SCV and dron is that once it summons a building, it can perform other tasks.

They are a fast unit but weak in comparison.
