"To be honest, when I play a game on my 360, I love getting achievements and making points.
But I am far from being points addicted... In fact, I only do the achievements that are FUN or challenging enough to engage me in more fun... I think that's what achievements are for, raising replayability and making you play your games in ways your normally wouldn't! "
Stuff like you're doing is fine, that's what I think the system was made for. It's just people that go way out of their way to play games / do tasks they may hate just to get gamerscore up that makes no sense to me."
It's been said on the Xbox forums the higher your GS is the bigger your E-peen is. Obsly this must be true (:
I've been getting coloured pixels on my screen. Their not dead pixels because they disappear when I scroll down a page etc.
Also when I play videos their fine when their in their normal screen size, but when I go into full screen half or the whole screen, while the video is playing, begins to rape my eyes with constant flickering. First I thought my OS is corrupted or my hard drive is broken because I'd get sudden freezes. Start button freezes, everything, then my computer beeps and it goes back to normal.
So I got into a game, Counter strike source and I'm running at 100 FPS,but the screen is flickering black and white raping my eyes. So I went into a game that sint so graphic demanding anymore, good ol' CS 1.6. So I got into that, I get thesame bullshit. LOL
It's amazing. But the current GUI, c'mon, its pretty laggy haha. I mean, when im in a game, and i open my guide, it takes pretty long to pop up, load everything, and pop back down, and usually I get killed online that way. -sigh
But yeah I know, it shares RAM etc wtih everything else even the game being played so.. Eh.
