@hailinel: But... it was, and still is, outside of the pieces that Patrick writes. "Feminism in video games" won't be a trendy topic in 2 years, and websites will be forced to produce actually valuable content to sustain themselves. It's a shame GB will be defunct by then.

Nintendo's pretty stingy about third party characters in smash; it's not like Sony where they were throwing every character they could possibly think of at it. Bayonetta has yet to even be released on a Nintendo system.

Mario Kart 8 is the only new game I've played this year, so it's obviously my #1. I wouldn't be surprised if I finish off this year only playing MK8, Super Smash Bros, and The Evil Within. I've just grown tired of multiplats, it all feels so derivative.

Its funny how this community acts like it isn't just one big echo-chamber when ot comes to this topic. SpaceInsomniac's already being called an Mra lol. Ad hominem generally tends to be these peoples only line of defense to criticism.

GTA IV: me and all my friends played the fuck out of that game, and pretty much considered it a blast. Internet seems to consider it bowling simulator, though.

Why bother? These people (middle-class white cuckolds arguing on behalf of minorities who don't give a flying fuck) will never be content.

I'll be amazed if this website makes it another year. It was fun while it lasted, Giant Bomb.
