I have heard (I have no evidence to back this up, help me out before-brushing duders) that brushing before is a better option because A. It doesn't wear your teeth down as much (from acidic foods n all that), and B. because then less food sticks to your teeth than if you brush after eating, and that if you brush after eating you end up leaving more food on your teeth than if you brushed before you ate cuz it sticks to the plaque n bacteria from the night before.

Just what I heard. I brush before!

I think an pro-mayo on occasion choice is required!

Sometimes I like it. For example, today I ate a sandwich for mayo for the first time in years, it was quite tasty. I used to enjoy mayo quite a bit.

Now I normally just have meat and cheese on my sandwich, no dressing.

You can just do digital though their website. And the app.

I know I can. While I think it's cool that they offer a digital subscription, I think it's a bit ridiculous that the only way to receive an issue of their magazine is digitally nowadays? I know that other magazines (such as Shonen Jump) have made such a shift, and while I respect that choice it doesn't mean I will be one of those customers that will pay for the product. And seeing as they offer print versions already, I feel it's only fair that I, the paying customer, be able to have access to such a product without begging and jumping through hoops.

This is honestly the most effort I've ever heard anyone go through to get an issue of Game Informer. I got so fed up with that magazine that I actively told the Gamestop clerk to not renew my subscription when my store card was up for renewal.

Yea... It was fun. And by fun I mean it was the most frustrating experience I've had with Gamestop and Game Informer. I really liked the magazine before, but I can tell you now that I will not be renewing, nor will I be buying anything from Gamestop for quite a while. For me it's honestly a shame that I didn't get back in time to cancel my Power Plus Card, cuz to hell with them.

Seriously, screw Game Informer, and Gamestop.

I really wanted the August issue of Game Informer, the one with Prison Architect on the cover. It looked legitimately good, so I was just gonna walk into Gamestop and pick up a copy. So I went in on like the 7th of August or something, looking for an issue. They were all out, but the employee said "hey, sign up for the card, it's the price of two issues, you get a year, and you can get this month's free." I said, hey that's a pretty good deal, said sure, and signed up. So I went to a few other gamestops in the area, looking for an issue.

Every single Gamestop in my area was completely out. I ended up checking three personally, and calling another two. Every. Single. One. Not a single issue remained anywhere, and nobody knew when or even if they would get them in. My friend works for Gamestop, and was both unable to give me any info or help me in the slightest.

So I ended up going to Game Informer directly. I emailed them on their website, claiming a lost magazine. I calmly and clearly explained my situation, and just asked if they could either A) send me a copy to my house, or B) send a copy to a local gamestop. I even told them I was willing to pay for it if I had to, I just wanted the issue.

After waiting a few days, they responded. They told me that "unfortunately", they did not have a single issue in backorder, and I was essentially SOL. They would be unable to offer me a replacement magazine, or anything. They then told me that my subscription TECHNICALLY begins in October, as they have a two month processing period before I will receive an issue.

Not a single issue anywhere? All dried up? Even willing to pay for an issue, I couldn't get an issue. And since they don't sell Game Informer anywhere else, I was of course unable to find a copy. It took me several times of returning to Gamestop to find out from an employee that the reason they received so few issues was due to the Game Informer attempting to push the digital version.

My annoyance at this was recently revived by me being unable to receive a copy of this month's issue either, contrary to what the employee had told me in August. Everywhere I went they were out, and I doubt Game Informer will come through for me on this.Anybody else dealing with this crap? Anybody else got any venting to do on Game Informer's policies? Speak out now! Get it all out, let me hear your voice! I'm not here to just bash Game Informer, but seriously, what a terrible policy. I feel I've been nothing but reasonable, and all I wanted was to support them by buying their product.

How did this happen? RIP Ryan, you were funny and amazing, and having known very little if anything about you I can say that your loss is indeed profound, and a terrible tragedy.

My heart and soul goes out to his relatives, friends, loved ones, everybody who might have a connection with him.

...Goddamn...

Hey guys.

There was this flash game I used to play back in the day. Basically, it was an RTS where you put defenses and resource generators and stuff. The enemy was this green ooze crap that came from these points on the map. Essentially, you used towers (they had a machine-gun like one, as well as long-range artillery), to stop the green ooze from spreading. The resource generators had to be spread a certain distance apart in order to be efficient, therefore it was important to have map control. There was elevation, so the ooze climbed the elevation one level at a time, and showed how high it was based on its color. And the back story was that this infection was spreading or something, and you had to control it in order to save lives.

Does anybody know the flash game I'm talking about? It's probably 3-4 years old, at least. I remember it also had a website, where you could buy the full game (the flash version only had like 3 levels or something, one of which was "The Bowl", or something like that).

I've searched for quite some time to no avail.

Have you got any friends who are savvy PC builders? I thankfully was able to enlist the help of my roommate to build my PC for me (he's done it half a dozen times at least), so mine went together smoothly. If you can't figure it out, before you order new parts or send everything back, just have somebody who knows what they're doing (from experience) look at it firsthand.
