oh my god I totally didn't know this was getting a translation! Steins;Gate is probably one of my favorite game/anime experiences ever. The fact that people say 0 is even better???
Fuck the placid weak liberals who say we need to "come together" and "give Trump a chance." The right refused to give Obama an inch for 8 years and now the sorry excuse for the "left" is already tripping over itself to fall in line.
Trump and Pence have already vowed to strip federal protections and healthcare away from friends of mine who live in red states and can't afford to escape to places where their humanity is actually respected.
If you voted Trump, we cannot and will not be friends.
10 years ago I was just a 16 year old boy playing hours of TES IV: Oblivion on my Xbox 360. Right now I'd give anything to go back to that even for one day.
haha this, even though I was playing san andreas and I probably wouldn't be a boy for very long ;)
@animasta: For whatever it's worth, you still have allies that respect you and recognise your unalienable rights.
This is why this forum has been so great the past 3 days, just people who are sympathetic and are mostly people that will help. It's just been great to be at a place, physical or digital, that is safe for us to air our worries without being attacked by asshole trump supporters (most of the trump supporters here haven't been that bad tbf)
For a good example of the morally righteous and "tolerant" left, look no further than the violent shitstorm that are these anti Trump protests. Trump supporters are literally being dragged from their cars and beaten in the street. Anyone who is claiming there isn't hatred on both sides is utterly full of shit.
To clarify, I'm not denying some of this is Trump's fault for being brash, but the media has whipped half the population into a frenzy by posturing for the Clinton campaign 24/7. Stop denying reality already, that is what got us into this mess.
there's plenty of hatred, but the tolerant left mostly hates the fact that he will take our rights away.
I was at a vigil that was entirely peaceful, there were some pretty hardcore protests also in Portland, which were fine until they turned violent. We were fucking terrified that he was going to take our rights away, annul our marriages, force me to go into the men's restroom, stop and frisk people of color. Deport muslims and deport Mexicans even though they live in a sanctuary city. We're going to stand together to fight against this, and unfortunately, sometimes the fear is going to make some people turn violent.
I went to a LGBTQ vigil thing tonight and it was very theraputic. I might've been on TV and I spoke in front of 100+ people which was, well, rough for someone with social anxiety so!
Damn fine work, friend! Very brave of you.
Luckily I met one of my friends from the transwoman group I go to and as soon as I was done I got mad comforted.
