BTW, in case anyone's wondering why the music stopped, I think Alex died on the same frame the screen transitioned. The screen transition took priority over the death but only after the death stopped the music.
There was a poll done during the game's development, and the winners of the poll became the poster girls for the game (hence loli girl and huge boob girl won). The losers (basically every American girl) didn't make it into the game. Lisa got the least number of votes...Japan is a very racist country.
No Christie in a DOA sexy girl island game? Truly Zack Island deserves to be destroyed by a volcano.
Don't forget about Tina. Oh, but they were sure to include the goddamn loli character. *flips Team Ninja the bird* That's kind of the only problem that I have with this game conceptually. Oh, also the pole dancing thing. I could have done without that. Otherwise, sure. I'll take some hawt, scantily clad anime ladies.
After watching AGDQ back in 2013, I learned Ocarina of Time and Super Mario 64. The tricks are actually fairly approachable and most tricks work on most versions of the game, including the Wii Virtual Console versions. I got my time on Super Mario 64 down to 22 minutes and Ocarina of Time to 25 minutes, but the grind is just not something I can do ad nauseum when there are many other games to play with my time. It gave me a new perspective on how much time each person puts into their game to get so good, and makes watching skillful players that much more enjoyable.
