@2headedninja: eh, i used the search function to find related topics but found nothing. I figured im not the only one feeling this way and another post like it must have been created but since I couldnt find it, I made one. Even if its the 1,000th post, it would just mean its a somewhat popular opinion. The more topics, discussion, the greater the voice of those who dont like it can share it.

You didnt have to be so sarcastic and contribute nothing but that. Your a big man. Ill assume your tired at 3am

To your other point, There is still a great deal of content I still love to watch and it is coming out in good numbers. I just dont prefer seeing information about dota anymore. Those who do, good on them and I hope they still can. I come to giantbomb for a nice mix of games. dota videos, and streams are kind of cluttering the site I enjoy with one thing I dont. Thats all im trying to say.

I'm more of a lurker since the middle ages. I wont bullshit much and just get to the point.

Daily Dota is nice. I personally dont watch it, but its a nice feature for those who do enjoy it. My problem is that it's becoming more like ''spam'' to me. Everytime I hope they stream new content on twicht.tv I see... daily dota. Everytime I go on giantbomb.com and see "NEW LIVE STREAM" I see... daily dota.

Like I said, I dont mind having features that everyone enjoys. Personally I see giantbomb as a place for other gamers perspective on games in a non-traditional way. I no longer subscribe to twitch tv because its spamming me with just one repetitive game I do not have interest in. I enjoy the crew play different games like they always have. Dota doesnt give me that because its just... Brad and random friends playing a game I dont enjoy. I did not subscribe for that, rather what giantbomb usually is being different games, played by our favorite hosts.

My suggestion would be, to have a way to opt-out of DotA all together. Be it by having a separate giantbomb-twitch.tv channel (separating daily dota and actual new gaming content in twitch.tv/giantbomb) or having a website wide feauture were Dota enthusiasts can see their love for DotA love in their own personalized page and have the game not be in my face everytime I open giantbomb.com or their streaming channel.

I always like the variaty giantbomb has had. This has just been getting on my nerves lately.
