Star Wars burnout is ramping up hard and we haven't even reached the second movie in the new trilogy. I can't imagine how bad it'll be once they're churning out Han Solo trilogies or whatever other filler they've got planned while EA farts out more games that are inferior to something made two console generations prior by a studio it bought and quickly ruined. Oh well, congrats to all on receiving their paychecks.

These comments always get so weird. Abby adds so much fun to the site and the videos and streams aren’t outputting upside down in 240p with only the green channel working, so seems like a good hire to me. Personally, even as someone who beat Tyson nearly 25 years before Dan did, I wouldn’t have the steel nerves to play this in front of him AND an internet audience. So go Abby.

Also plus-one-ing the idea of digging out Punch Out Wii. Or even throwing Dan at Punch-Out Arcade and Super Punch-Out Arcade, which are brutal compared to that NES game.

I have no idea who this (or the last few games) are for and whom it is that EA wants to love and purchase its Need for Speed games. Meanwhile, I'm over here, EA. I fucking loved NFS Underground, Hot Pursuit, Most Wanted (the first one), Carbon, even ProStreet. I even loved ProStreet. But this shit is a cluelessly awful game for no one.

RACING GAMES. MAKE A RACING GAME AGAIN. I promise I'll even buy a loot box if you just make a racing game again.

These truly are the salad days for the ultra-bland 2D platformer.

I've never much cared for South Park -- not offended by it, I'm happy it exists, it just wasn't my speed and didn't make me laugh -- but I find it remarkable that it's suddenly so fashionable for people to come down on it. Things haven't changed THAT much since 2014.
