It is one of the absolute best RPGs of all time, and it has been said that a lot was cut out of the game because of budget and time constraints. Seeing the great characters and the unique setting brought into the HD era would be a dream come true. As a matter of fact I'm about to play through this game again, right after I finish Persona 4, that is.
Commander Keen, and the first two 2D Duke Nukem Games. Commander Keen always crashed my PC at the time of it's release, so I never quite enjoyed it as much as I could have lol

If it were on a Nintendo console I would prefer DS or 3DS.
In my fantasy it would be developed by someone with a good sense of atmosphere...maybe Irrational or the Dead Space team. How about a Bioware style RPG?
I just want a game set in a tropical location with more of a fantastic vibe and less sci-fi. I do realize Star Tropics had aliens but I would much rather see it replaced with some sort of spooky island lore. Uncharted had parts of the setting but it was nothing but gun fights. I want their to be mystery and suspense...not just some cold blooded killer who is good at one liners. I want the island or location to be the main character. I want Lost without the characters. The characters the game does have shouldn't be outsiders but people native to the location...interesting and authentic people..not pretty americans lost on an island of horrors. Lore lore and more lore. It would be my dream game.
