I dunno how people could do this: all the cars look the same.
so true, it's part of what makes this achievement so stupid. I spent hours upon hours of literally walking LA, hopping in and out of cars. just hoping it was one I hadn't been it yet. this method worked well until i got down to the last 15 or so, then I had to use a guide. even then the guide sucks. but it helps a little bit.
seems most of the achievement is persistence and luck.
Limo finally popped up at Black Ceasar's after about the 90th load up of the case. I also found the International KB8 (non Polar Bear Ice one) in the vicinity of 10th and Olympia. if that helps any one
so I'm at 100% now. and I have all achievements except for the DLC ones now.
after I found one Limo, they were everywhere in hollywood, like they were mocking me.
if you do things right you don't need him, he is the games fallback info character if you blow it with the other NPCs. if you didn't have to talk to him to get 5 stars, he is a fallback.
I need, the Cadillac series 75limousine and the International KB8 (not the polar bear one). been looking for days for those two, using the guide I found all but those two, the Cadillac series 75 limousine is never across from the "Black Ceaser" for me. (I loaded up the case 45 times last night) also tried the location several times in free roam. and as for the KB8 I drove around east downtown forever for the past 3 days, and haven't found squat.
any extra advice is greatly appreciated. last two cars I need for 100% game completion. I'm tearing my hair out, it's so damned boring. great game, but this is achievement is ass.
