Shouldn't he be fine as long as he was not selling any illegal media on those carts? People always say that there is nothing illegal about mod chips themselves, only using the mod chip to play illegal games.
It blows my mind that the Super Mario Galaxy games aren't on that list. I am interested in playing both of those games, but there is no way in hell I'm paying full price for a three year old game. I can kind of see why Galaxy 2 is still expensive, but the first one is just insane.
@GlutenBob: A lot of games have update options in the main menu, but if they don't, you would have to go to the developer's web site and download the patch there.
Does the game even have confirmed motion controller support? I don't see how you could play a game like this with the Kinect at all, and it would play poorly with the Move alone.
My suggestion is to take breaks between the acts. I was burned out on the game after act one, especially once I ended up back in Kirkwall, but after about a week I went back to it. The second act is much quicker and there are far fewer worthless quests. I think the second act is the best, so I'd definitely recommend going back for it. The third act is trash, especially the ending, but it is at least mercifully short.
Hold on a second. Are you guys saying that this game does not have a player vs. CPU mode? Like I can't go to a menu and select my fighter, then who I want to fight, then the level I want to fight on? That seems crazy.
