Yeah, 1680x1050. Well I guess that settles that then, I thought that CPU looked a bit under powered against the recommended specs. And I can't stand when my PC games have bad framerates, nothing kills a game faster for me. So guess I'll just have to pass on Battlefield 3 for now, probably for the better anyway, not sure how much I would have actually played it. Plus having to run such a gorgeous game on low graphics would suck. O well, at least I found out before I paid the $60 for the game, thanks for the info.

So it doesn't take the entire screen the BF3 specs are in the spoiler thing.I have an

  • Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU E7400 @ 2.80
  • Memory: 4096MB RAM
  • DirectX 11
  • Windows 7 64-bit

Obviously I think I need to give more info to answer the question, just tell me how and I will supply it. Will BF3 run well on my comp? I don't need perfect everything, I just want it to run reasonably well with a good, functional framerate. I knew how to get at these specs but aren't sure how to find the others, let me know. Giant Bomb community help me out!

Just thought I'd let people know, thought this seemed like a pretty sweet deal. I never got around to playing Bulletstorm when it came out, so for that amount of money, why not.

Didn't Brad say on last week's podcast that his choice was a downloadable game that also appears in web browsers? So his is Bastion, and I think Bastion could be the answer for a few of the other guys as well. This is harder than it initially seemed!

I just spent the past few weeks trying to power level a rogue in WoW to play with some friends on another server, couldn't agree more with this. Leveling that guy took me 5 days of in game playing, that means putting in over 120 hours into a character before I got to do what I wanted with him, which is pvp. Since it was another server than I usually play on I had to level without heirlooms and at points it became almost unbearable. Leveling characters is easily wow's biggest weakness for me, someone who is completely into the endgame.

@Hizang: I would if I could afford it. Had to make the tough call and Skyrim is what I choose, so I'm kinda stuck if it breaks.

Anyone know if the patch to fix the framerate issues for over 5mb save files is anywhere close, or preferably out? I haven't run into the problem for myself yet, but I just got over 5mb so I'm sorta terrified that it'll start soon and totally kill all fun potential for my upcoming week.
