Man, folks sure are salty about PUBG. I suppose if fit, finish and polish is super important to you, I can understand it. But I had a hell of a lot of fun with that game this year, jank and all. Also, cool to see Dream Daddy on the list. Not really my thing but it seems like a cool thing that deserved the recognition. One of the creators did an interview on Tone Control and she seemed like a great person.
That scrolling is really rough, but it seems like it's only in effect while you're playing 2 player. I wonder how much easier the game could be without it.
Yeah I don't remember the scroll being that aggressive when I played this as a kid. it did get more generous as soon as they got down to one player though. what a strange design choice.
Agreed, the 72 hr stream was a strong start but honestly running that site keeps Austin too busy to be in front of a camera as often as he ought to be. I am so thankful that he keeps popping up to do stuff with GB, I know he doesn't have time for it (Holiday Beastcast was pretty amazing).
I am certain this would make me very sick, and I cannot try it to find out. I really don't want to be totally cut off from my family in cyber-land. I really don't want to spend a grand on hardware. There aren't really any interesting games available.
Man, the case for VR for somebody like me is bad. I am just one man, but I have been curious for a while if this bird is really gonna fly?
