@Stepside: I hope you have a great time. I live in europe and I've only been to Berlin and Prague on your list so I'm kind of envious. Prauge was one hell of an experience and is by far my favourite city in europe (and I've been around some). Though I've heard good things about Budapest. I just have to go there someday.

This is of course comming from someone who loves interesting history and good beer :)

Let it be known that I agree with all of this. The new sub content is really great. It doesn't have to be fancy edited, scripted or prepared. Just pick a central theme (Joust machine, Daggerfall, community questions), film it, and put it out. I feel The Happy Hour was a show that needed a huge amount of preparation, but that's not what Giant Bomb is about. Informative, chaotic, funny and personal content... That's whats great about this site.

I mean of course the video content. I don't want the articles, the reviews and the wiki to be chaotic and spontaneous.

Let me just state the obvious... Syndicate Wars was totally mindless. If Starbreeze succeeds in being worst than that, then you've won the argument.

I played Wars when it was new so it's not that it's aged badly, it was just bad.

I gladly renewed my subscription for this. I'm not expecting to get tripple A material in everything Whiskey Media puts out but it would be a sader world without them. And that's the main reason why I put in some money. I will never evaluate how much extra content I get from every penny 'cause I'm already happy from what I'm getting. I just want to make sure it continues.

but I don't know. If you're a student, unemployed, or have a ton of other expenses, maybe it's a bit pricey if you're expecting a ton of extra content.

Currently playing AOE online and enjoying it quite a bit. Though I've put 20 buck in it already so it's not THAT free.

I dont know if you forget about the poor education and high crime rates i guess its a decent country

Great... is all that comparable to the server status of crimecraft: bleedout? If not... America's great anyways :)

Sir, Step Away from the Crimecraft, and no one gets hurt.

Have you played enough Crimecraft to make this statement viable? I know there's alot of bad reviews of this game but maybe it's been fixed for the free-2-play. Maybe... just maybe... it's pretty decent if you expect complete garbage (that's how I think anyways).

Downloaded CC:bleedout the other day and it's been nothing but trouble since. I live in Sweden, northern Europe (I know you know that, just wanted to point out possible server locations). According to Steam I've played this for at least 30 minutes but it's been nothing but trying to get in to servers. The first two of my "playing" days it was one (that's 1 piece/singularity/oneness) server. Now there is two (2) full servers on witch I'm politely placed in about 900'th place in the queue to connect. My question is, do you experience this foul launch strategy in America... or in other places than northern Europe?

This is one of the most horrible launch anticipations I've ever seen.

I would encourage Notch to fight for the name "Scrolls" if it wasn't for the fact that it's a pretty lousy title. And on top of that, changing it wouldn't cause any brand recognition setbacks since people bareley knows what the game is about or how it looks. Go with something more unique and recognizable.
