@pilgore: You're probably not getting a refund, but they are investigating further so there's still a chance. The decision to honor more refunds is probably something that WB themselves would need to work with GMG to handle. I'm not sure GMG would have any reason to do it on their own.

By investigating my guess is that they mean they're waiting for more refund requests to reach a threshold that they can no longer ignore

@alistercat: The problems are very real and serious. It's just that it seems like you can bruteforce your way past them if your PC is strong enough.

At launch I could run it maxed out at 60 on my i7/980 but the problem I had is that the frames would drop to single digits for a split second and occur repeatedly at random so I locked it to 30 and finished the game no problem

GreenManGaming is having another one of those voucher sales so if you apply SAVE20-NOVEMB-GAMING when checking out with a Fallout 4 copy you'll get a Steam version for $48.

I know pre-ording always has a risk which goes double for Bethesda games but if the game ends up being super fucked GMG may more than likely offer refunds like they did with Arkham Knight.

Since I didn't have much issue at launch with my 980 other than having to lock it to 30 I'm going to try it out with the new patch to see if I can play at 60 and then play the game again because I still enjoyed it and then request a refund. Win/win!

Babadook didn't grab me much. I enjoyed It Follows more but not by much because I also thought that movie was only OK. The last act of that movie with the pool seemed pretty stupid to me

I like high resolution but I like 60 fps more. The game wouldn't be as engaging and impactful as it is if it were locked at 30 or had a variable framerate. 343 did a good job in making the resolution transitions seamless so that you barely notice them a lot.

And I'm actually surprised Halo 5 looks as good as it does at the fps it's at. The game looks great.

Nope but my ladyfriend does so now I kinda care. I don't mind getting to watch horror movies though.

I didn't have issues at launch with my 980 other than having to cap fps to 30 but that's because it's a 980 so I would wait longer before buying. Should be discounted for Steam Winter Sale

BTW, for those that never knew, Bob Ross painted with a knife most of the time. He uses the brushes to make smudges and whatnot, but he applies most of his paint to the canvas with a damn knife.

He was also a former army drill instructor.
