After finally seeing, various reviews for this this thing I've been wondering if it actually a worthwhile device to purchase.  It basically amounts to this:
 
half-assed Kindle + web browser + touchscreen = iPad
 
If i'm going to spend $500 and some dollars on a device that is basically a dummed down netbook, why bother?
