  • Diablo III has come a long way from it's original release and every addition has made it better. Console controls are well implemented and while not ALL of the updates for the PC version make their way to PS4, enough of them do to make this a great consistently one of my favorite games to play.

  • I don't play many mobile games anymore as they don't normally hold my interest. Threes! has made me think differently many times this year.

  • Bosses could have used great variety than they were, but still a great world and solid gameplay throughout. Few things are as satisfying as learning tips, strategies and the world itself with the rest of the community when one of these games comes out.

  • I've played about 26 hours so far and apparently have quite a bit to go. While the mouse and keyboard controls aren't as sharp as I would have liked, the gamepad controls excel with the Xbox One controller.

  • A great old-school style challenge that scratched the same itch for me as Volgarr the Viking did previously. A wealth of options in how you play that made the game easier or more challenging depending on what you were looking for. Other games would do well in examining what Shovel Knight did to dynamically scale the challenge in their games.

  • Played this after going through the Wii U version of Bayonetta and both were my first run in with the series. Great gameplay experiences with a load of combat options and neat Nintendo fan service items that encourage additional play throughs.

  • Other than the portions that mimicked the original games (which honestly still give me simulated motion sickness) this was a great FPS game that made me care far more about a Wolfenstein game than I ever thought possible.

  • I don't care for Lord of the Rings at all. Even still I loved this game as it incorporated Batman-esque combat, Assassin's Creed climbing (but faster and with less input hiccups and therefore better!). The nemesis system was a neat addition I hope to see other companies iterate on and develop further.

  • Fantastic visual style and music. I didn't care for the overall world or combat style too much, but the animation, the music and little touches like a "hum" button that enemies will dance to easily places this on my list.

  • I really should play this more. Track designs are great and I'm constantly astonished with how great the game looks. Plus, it's more Mario Kart, and I've never seen a Mario Kart that wasn't great.
