@elite49: anyone who has played all 3 games can tell you how terrible the first 2 games are, so play them first and maybe on a pc or something where you can actually see why witcher 3 is so spectacular. 60 fps at 4k is still one of the best looking games especially with reshade, witcher 1 and 2 are boring and have BAD combat. Some of the worst combat and Theres a reason they didn't make 3 like 1 or 2, because they knew they weren't fun.
Easy there Urkel. All 3 games have their audiences and we wouldn't have 3 without the first two.
Witcher 3 is still my game of the generation, and it is cool for people that have not experienced it for some reason or another that they have this version to jump in!
I'll go to bat for DK64. It hasn't aged well and is easily the worst of the Rare 3D platformers on the N64, but it isn't abhorrently terrible. It's really not that bad or obtuse when you have a little curiosity, explore around and pay attention.
The issue is this video series is maybe the worst way to experience this game. The crew is only playing two hours a week (and not even every week), split between 4 people, and constantly interrupted by bullshit spins of the wheel. That's no way to retain information, especially when you skip all the text boxes.
It's frustrating to watch. At this point I'd rather see you guys put a bullet in this series if you aren't going to give it a fair shake
And I think this game looks terrible and frustrating, so the way they're playing it make the series enjoyable for me. Sounds like this is a series you should skip. It's ok, not everything is for everyone.
This is an incredibly brave post! I'm also really down on myself and I haven't been through a quarter of what you describe. This is very humbling post to me. I have a lot of history making fun of people's looks; a terrible trait I inherited from my family as we were raised seeing our Mom do this over and over. It's still a problem for me, but, at the very least, the words are contained in my head and rarely leave my lips. As I actively practice shutting the hell up, I get better, but it will probably always be with me. I'm so sorry for callous remarks I've made in the past and those I'll make in the future. You are a far better person than me for taking the time to share your life with us.

I don't know, from reading the comments, sounds like Dan is the one you want for this QL, depending on what your looking for. Next I'd like to see Dan play, and explain, a Big Bang simulation game.
