Ok so I remember playing this game on my sister’s computer, in a time window between 2007 and 2010. But unfortunately I can’t confirm the game was recent at the time. I remember the layout being built like a 2D platformer,

(where you have to make your way across to the right side of the map and there’s platforms to jump up and down from with enemies)

It was carnival themed, clowns and little cars as enemies, and a flying one I can’t quite remember.

I distinctly remember that you played as either the same kid or multiple kids, but could swap between the characters or just the outfits, and when you swapped you would have different attacks.

The kids you’d swap between all played different sports, and I always used the one that kicked a soccer ball.

I believe there was also a baseball player and a dart thrower but it’s a foggy memory.

I don’t remember how you swapped, either it was a power up in game or a button command on the keyboard.
