You get what you work for. At the end of the day everyone has the same opportunities as the next person. There is no one stopping you from getting a job and a normal health care plan. There is no one stopping you from getting that nice car or that white picket fence.
Of course there are some that I have no problem helping (veterans, handicapped, women, children) but I don't trust my government enough not to keep my money for themselves.
Also... I don't like being forced to help people. I would do it either way, but my money is my money and I should have a say in where it goes.

Hm. I would classify the subject matter of this thread as serious issues. No laws or religion? Two things that are the backbone of all society that have dictated how people have lived for thousands of years. Pretty sure that definition mentions nothing about where something serious is discussed but I'll just be the dude to move the fuck on and give you your oh so important Internet victory. Yay, you!

JLA Batman is annoying. Theres no reason for him to be there... Thanks to him O.M.A.C almost destroyed every superhero in the DCU. He did sacrifice himself in Final Crisis though, so I guess it evens it out.
