Gamersgate started a deal, everything Human Revolution (steam keys) for $7.50. That's a good deal if you still don't have it but were a little interested.
Hey guys, here's the $0 contrib games I mentioned a little while ago. They all end somewhere on the 8th/9th (I'm hopeless at timezones) and they're all keys from Amazon. GLHB!
You should probably note that your survey's only really useful for determining most people's 'first' playthrough. A lot of people do a lawful good as their first, and then a chaotic evil as their second. I did all the options for the first two questions at some time or another (I haven't played the Walking Dead yet, but I'll do all those too when I get it.)
Yeah I was very close to being sucked in with the x-com offering but my slightly pessimistic side saved me with the whole 'x-com isn't unlocked yet ... it might not make it' (it'll completely make it, i assume). It's made a bit easy for me to slink away because the price is $79.99 for me.
If I accidentally wander back to that page when(?) x-com has unlocked, and it's just sitting there, waiting to be owned, who knows, maybe they'll win. But I'll try to keep away from it.
I didn't even know till yesterday that people could pronounce Lara wrong. It's a four letter word, it's not hard. If it was meant to be pronounced the same as Laura she would just be called Laura.
I also didn't know that apparently it's a solely British name despite the fact I have met several Lauras (it's a fairly common name) but not one Lara.
I went to school with 3 Laras. None of them pronounced it like Laura. This thread is so confusing to me. (Especially the guy who brought in 'Sarah' ... which I guess is pronounced the same as Sara where he lives... It isn't here.)
ETA Also, I have this over whelming urge to go find Brian Lara and see if he tells me that television (or more accurately, commentators) lied to me my entire childhood.
@zor: Nah, it won't let me do that cause I haven't bought any games on Steam this year.
If no duders hit you up for them after awhile, and you just want to clean them out of your inventory, you could always try the dispenser. It currently has about 23,000, the poor thing. http://steamcommunity.com/id/dota2bot ... just follow the instructions
Duke Nukem Forever (The questions on the forums seem to indicate Amazon's complete pack was the same as steam's Collection, but just to be safe, separate listings. Besides this will stop people who already have the base game just entering for DLC and possibly forcing a reroll)
When I clear some space (ie giveaways end and are received so I can make more giveaways) look out for the upcoming Stronghold Collection ($0.01 contrib).
$0 Contribs of Bioshock 1, Civ V, Civ IV, Stronghold and Borderlands also coming soon.
