@themasterds: I was hoping for a first impressions playdate with GB East members like the did for other games like Death Stranding, Witcher 3, Doom, and Gears of War 4. And just start the game from the beginning and play for 2-3 hours.
I remember the original QL with Ryan playing and oh boy did it run and look like garbage on an XB360. PC was definitely the way to play it back then. This looks a lot better on the modern consoles. Too bad they went Epic exclusive for PC. I got it on Steam and would have loved a free upgrade. Oh well, Saints Row 2 is better anyway. That should get a remaster.
It's not free on Epic store so why would it be free on steam and it only has a 1 year exclusivity so you can buy it on steam next year. This seams like its the same deal with the Sleeping Dogs Remaster if you own it on PC It's not worth the money. Plus you can install HD texture packs and other mods for free that make the game look better not as good as the Remaster but close. If this was a $10 game I would say go for it but not at $40.
I guess all good things have to end, I get that its a lot of streaming (clue crew, minecraft, then charity) for Abby so they should of rotated the host spot around to different GB staff members.
Jan the rifle spear might not seam that good at first but its strength is the 2 hand charge atk so all the gems should be to increase charge atk dmg and thrust dmg i's one of my top 3 weapons to use for most boss's.
@chrjz: https://www.twitch.tv/videos/608571932?filter=archives&sort=time its at the end at around 43min its very short I hope he does more chalice dungeons cause they have a bunch of enemy's and boss's that aren't in the main game. I spent over 200hrs in them to get every weapon and rune but I'm crazy.
@Jan I highly recommend farming the two pigs out side the jail they drop blood vials and give you over 3k echos each, one pig is the same as killing 2 bagmen that don't give you blood vials.
I liked playing this game but its a huge let down compared to the original. Abby (and me) loves the puzzles in these games yet they removed 90% of them completely. Anyone else woried about what they do with 4 the original already had a disappointing amount of puzzles (for me) the remake will most likely have all most none (like 5 & 6).
