I haven't played TF2 for about 2 years, but Brad describing TF2 classes as pretty 'meat and potatoes' compared to this is a little off. TF2 has its 9 classes and then each class has a crazy amount of variation which can transform the character, but it's done through the weapon loadouts (e.g. normal sniper, or bow and arrow and jar of piss sniper). Overwatch has a larger number of classes that essentially vary in the same way as the TF2 weapon loadouts.
