I'm not even sure if there are "supervisors". I was having issues even buying things digitally through the PS Store a few years ago, constantly getting my account locked because it wouldn't accept my credit card on file. After a few go arounds of "just buy some gift cards off Amazon" from PS Support I finally got an alleged higher up who only offered a $10 credit to alleviate my problem.

My guy, how could I even use this credit, if I can't even use the store?! I'm convinced they just sic AI on us to make us go away. The icing on this cake was that my PS Plus subscription auto-renewed no problem like a week later.

The only issues I've had are audio ones. Specifically Final Fantasy XV, the PS4 Kingdom Hearts collection, and a bunch of movies on the HBO app just won't put out any sound on the default audio format for my setup (Bitstream Dolby). Sometimes I can get it to work by switching to Linear PCM in the system menu, but for Final Fantasy and a couple movies all the music was at the fore and all the dialogue was quiet background noise. A few times there was no sound regardless of what format I put it in (looking at you Diehard).

Otherwise it's been fine, it lost the internet signal for no reason the other day but that was a quick fix.

So I bounced pretty hard off of Breath of the Wild, mostly for the same reasons you've all heard before from people who revile what most people revere in that game. So this game kind of struck me as maybe a streamlining of that kind of experience people were getting from Breath of the Wild. Maybe even touching on some of that older Zelda feel. I'm interested in hearing what people have to say here, fingers crossed.

The rumble in Destiny 2 is pretty much the same on the 5, and honestly every once in a while the rumble will go on longer than it should. But they have yet to put out their next-gen update, so there might be more nuance coming. Borderlands 3 has put out its ps5 version, and it now uses the tension in the shoulder buttons to simulate pulling a trigger. I don't think it feels great, it's kind of clunky and it's more "pull-stop-pull harder-fire" than tension.

Astrobot is above and beyond the most precise usage of its features so far.
