IMO i think it was worth it for $15. The difficulty is the only thing extends the length of this game/dlc. Many people would have been above SL 80/120 while playing this dlc.

With so many games being released this moth, it's difficult to evaluate options tbh. Although the DLC felt a bit short i would still recommend it :)

There are several Praxis Kits hidden throughout the world of Deus Ex Mankind Divided. However some can be acquired by completing a certain action or quest line. There isn't really any need to spend on micro transactions as you can obtain more than enough in a single play through. I hope this helps :)
