This game is amazing. I can best compare it with the Anno series just way more complicated. The developers have found very clever solutions to avoid repetitious and annoying game play that sometimes happens in these games. For instance when you are bored of rebuilding after attacks you get freakin flyin robots that fix your base!! There are so many complex systems here to learn and master.

I somehow got the Beta key, probably because I signed up ages ago and pre ordered. Now I've played my allotted hour and it really feels more like a demo than a beta. No online stuff as far as I can see, but perhaps they are gathering stats under the hood. Many buildings are locked out "Not in Beta". No neighboring cities to interact with, except for tutorial. It was just getting interesting when the hour was up. The roads were getting congested, more complaining. Higher density buildings. So someone should get on cracking the hour limit, this can not stand.

That said, it looks damn nice. Feels really polished, all down to the little plings and bells that pop off when you give them power and water, happiness increases. Ran smooth as silk, but this was a small city..

I have an idea for a new feature on the site. The videos you are posting are regularly 1 hour long. And sometimes you dont want to watch it all, but just check out the highlights. What would be great for this is to have "wiki" editable video bookmarks. So when I watch happy hour or whatever I can quickly skip to the part I want to see, or a quick look death or nchan fruit ninja on the bllsl. Anyone agrees? Or has this been asked before?

Sure it will cost me just $3129 and i need to sleep for 6 hours then fly for 15 but I could make in in sf by 1350... hmm..

I cant buy it :( Of cource the ITunes store is down when this drops, argh..
