I love this kind of game but I am honestly amazed at how much of Roller Coaster Tycoon they pulled, even the queue lines and food stands just look like updated assets.
Man, some real garbage comments here on what looks like a pretty cool game. Also really happy to see someone trying to put the screws to Valve, having a single monolithic power control distribution is never a healthy thing for an industry, especially a creative one.
Not a huge fan of the Dark Souls turn; but I did get a good laugh at how she uses her powers to pickup the swords, Darksiders protags are always super lazy.
I really wish I saw what everyone else does in Rockstar games, but 6 hours in I'm already wishing the fast travel was more robust so I don't have to make the same 5-10 minute ride to camp for the umpteenth time; but then i'm just getting in a mushy, bad gunfight or ssssslllllooooowwwwlllyyyy walking though a house that much faster.
I like when Waypoint does this, turns out I like it when ya'll do it to, Though I think, it would be more interesting as a discussion between multiple people who have played the game? not that we need multiple people who have 100% it, but if you could have a more incisive conversation instead of just Ben walking you though the game it would work better
Always kind of blown away at how much art is in these games, so many levels have one-off assets/themes it must take so much time to put it all together.
Its actually interesting to watch how Omega force has been iterating on their style recently, Toukiden 2 and Dragon Warrior Heroes 2 both had open world elements (which...weren't great...), so I was wondering if DW9 was going to go full open world
