I'm going to keep this short and sweet. Here are the games I've played, mostly so I don't forget them.
These aren't just The Games of 2016, but the games that I spent a noticeable amount of time with and that I enjoyed played (no, Miitomo, I spent a lot of time with you but you are not a game.)
More Dank Souls! That's about all there is to say. A fitting end to the trilogy... wtf is up with Poise though?
My 2D Souls/Vania/Troid fix! Good stuff, neat atmosphere, lots of "weird fiction" vibes jiving with the dark fantasy. Honestly, I enjoyed this much more than Dark Souls 3
DOOM. *9 minute long heavy metal track* DOOM.
Holy shit this was a surprise. Multiplayer and SnapMap need some more attention but is that really worth diving back into.

Played a bunch of the PS4 version, and a bit more of the PC. Still good, great for those mid-release lulls.
I... may have spent more money that I should have on this game. But, those heroes, those skins, that super polished Blizzard-ness!
Many many many hours have been spent protecting the world/being the edgy -est of the edgelords (Reaper.. reaper... reaper, it gets better after high school man)
I played it for a day, it made me upset. What is up with that crafting?
