I loved seeing that level on Patrick's stream and then seeing the QL a day or two later and slowly realising that they were making the leg game. My only regret is Patrick didn't find the fart button.
Ben discovering how good Halo is is a lot of fun. Maybe try it in co-op if possible? That speeds it up a bit since you're not constantly resetting to a checkpoint when you die (unless you both die).
