Yes the issues still exist when using incognito mode and with all extensions disabled. - If not, what extensions are you running?:

No I don't see this option. - Have you tried switching from Auto quality to one of the other options? Did this help?:
Yes I have switched and no it didn't help. - What’s your IP address (in case it’s an Akamai issue)?:
