How icky is the naked teens stuff, is it easily ignored?
Very. The "naked teen stuff" is limited only to the in-mech character portraits, and the sexiness ranges from "classic pin-up style sexualisation" (a couple of characters) to "can barely see anything below their shoulders" (majority of characters).
I don't want to dismiss people's opinions of this sort of stuff if it does make them uncomfortable, because it's a perfectly valid stance, but if you were to make a list of every game from Japan and order them in terms of weird-sexual-stuff, 13 Sentiniels would be so far away from the top of that list that I get (perhaps irrationally) angry when people wholesale dismiss what is one of the best storytelling feats in the entire medium because they saw a single screenshot of the long-haired blonde character with some sideboob or whatever.
Regarding GBVS, and Jeff's wondering "why can't I make the fireball come", if you do a special with the heavy button, it functions as your EX version (meter is only for supers), and will put that special on a longer cooldown regardless of whether you used the actual input command or the shortcut button. If you do light or medium fireballs with the quarter-circle command, the cooldown might as well not exist.
@jaypethian: I thought Baba was a rabbit, just based on the ears. BABA is also something a kid might call a bunny. I've seen people make the case that Baba is a sheep because a female sheep is a "ewe", so Baba is Ewe. In the end, I think Baba is all of us.
@hayt: Depends on how much time you spend just reading all the weird stuff on their fake Internet, and how long it takes you figure out some of the puzzles. I finished it last night after about 5-6 hours, but there's quite a bit I didn't see.
Regarding the comments speculating whether Zack's girlfriend is just himself posing or not: I don't know if Ben missed it, or just forgot, but from the very start of the game, there is a button in the web browser that lets you view the personal info of the person who's page you're on.
The much more likely the reason they have PAL versions in playstation classic is to get i18n coverage for the PIGS(F) regions. I find the idea that they'd do it for performance reasons highly unlikely.
Also it's weird to hear people who have been basically "I can't tell the difference between 30 and 60 or I don't care" now suddenly be able to tell the difference between 50 and 60 :-p
(Yes of course 50Hz looks worse on a 60Hz display. PS Classic sounds like a poor product, but PAL isn't reeeeally the problem just as NTSC isn't the solution)
You have to remember, for a very large amount of old console games, the speed was tied to framerate. So it's not just a case of the games looking slightly more choppy due to 10 less frames per second, it's also that the games are literally running ~16% slower than their NTSC counterparts.
