Nothing creative exists in a vacuum. Ubisoft gets flack for their tone being all over the place because they've explicitly gone out there and have said "nope, our games arent political" amd then make the tagline for their game "welcome to the resistance." Its ultimately a problem inherent to a somewhat politically charged product being created by a huge team of people.
